Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind. All orders are final.

Shipping Address Policy
If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@yaadaabeauty.com. We are happy to update the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been fulfilled. An order is considered fulfilled once it has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, which typically happens within 1–3 business days of placing your order. (Once your order is fulfilled, you will also automatically receive an email.)

Please note that the only way to request an address change is by emailing us directly at customerservice@yaadaabeauty.com. We are not able to make changes through social media or any other communication channel.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will gladly resend it to the correct address you provide at no additional charge. Your replacement package will be shipped within 2 business days of us receiving the returned item. However, if the order is delivered to the incorrect address that was originally provided and is not returned to us, the order will be considered complete. In that case, a new order would need to be placed at full price.
